Been playing with Windows 8 within VMware Workstation 8 and it runs really well but I completely dislike the user interface. I love the sync ability and it has been very stable but for power users or people that do not like the Windows Mobile look you will hat it.

We have been using VMware for many of our clients even it is just a single server install as it is easier to recover and gives more options for backups.
